These terms govern your use of isiofia.org(the “Site”), operated by The Isiofia Company (“Isiofia”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01What Isiofia is

Isiofia is an independent software company. The Site is our home page and a directory of our products. Each product is a separate service with its own terms and its own signup; those terms — not these — govern your use of the product itself.

02Using the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape or copy the Site’s content for a competing commercial purpose without our permission.

The Site’s content, design, and the names and marks of Isiofia and its products are owned by Isiofia and may not be used without permission. Following a link to a product grants you no rights in that product beyond what its own terms provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
